April 20, 2009 - Mr. Paul Knutzen, PE, LEED AP – Civil Engineer, has joined Meier as its Municipal Group Manager. Paul has extensive municipal experience including site development and public works projects for municipalities and will focus on developing Meier’s municipal portfolio. Additionally, Paul holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering – Construction Engineering from the University of Southern California.
