Meier was entrusted with a comprehensive scope of work encompassing structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering, as well as construction management services, for the ambitious transformation of a former 43,000 square foot grocery store into an up-to-date office space, work areas, and an IT center, with a significant structural redesign of the second floor. To protect this new infrastructure, Meier also provided design-build specifications for the fire sprinkler system. This building now serves as the administrative office for the Kennewick School District.
