Mr. Harp is a Professional Engineer with over 37 years of experience in the fields of engineering and project management. He currently serves as an Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager. Mr. Harp manages project teams in a portfolio of projects for federal and commercial clients. As a Manager, Reviewer, and Engineer, Mr. Harp’s areas of responsibility includes Independent Qualified Registered Professional Engineer (IQRPE) assessments, designs for government buildings, nuclear material handling facilities, pedestrian bridges, and retrofitting of trusses and tanks. Mr. Harp has worked on and managed projects at the Hanford Site for over a decade.
