As the Vice President, Ms. Keen assists in establishing and preparing Meier’s mission, values, and strategic goals.  She manages the company’s finances, human resources, business development, and general operations activities. She contributes to sales innovations and strategic business development.

A results-driven business finance leader, Ms. Keen has a strong track record of success in accounting, contract management, project control, and human resources across diverse industries. With exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of compliance requirements, she effectively manages multiple cross-functional projects to support the company’s continued success.

As a qualified Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering small to complex projects on time and within budget, Ms. Keen brings a dynamic blend of strategic planning and leadership to every endeavor. She excels at coordinating multidisciplinary teams, problem-solving, and strong communication throughout all project phases.
