As a results-driven professional, she brings extensive expertise in finance, project  management, and operations across multiple industries. Since joining the firm over 10 years ago, Ms. Keen has advanced innovation, employee development, and corporate policies that strengthen organizational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and consistent delivery of high-quality services, which has positioned the company for growth and stronger market competitiveness. She also leads corporate governance efforts and represents the company in all high-level decision-making and stakeholder communications.

As a qualified Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering small to complex projects on time and within budget, Ms. Keen brings a dynamic blend of strategic planning and leadership to every endeavor. She excels at coordinating multidisciplinary teams, problem-solving, and strong communication throughout all project phases.
