Mr. Shiras has over 24 years of experience in various project types including K-12 and higher education including classrooms and training facilities, multi-family housing, healthcare, and many more sectors. Having worked on simple modernizations to entire ground-up campuses and four-plex apartments to 600+ unit complexes, Mr. Shiras has seen and done everything. Regardless of size or scope, he has provided clarity, understanding, and efficiency to all projects, with the goal of providing what the client needs and wants, all while working within the given budget and other constraints. Mr. Shiras strives to build relationships based on what’s best for everyone involved, guiding all parties to a better understanding of the goals, solutions, and limitations of every project.
