Mr. Giever has the overall responsibility for leadership of the firm. He is responsible for ensuring that the company is profitable and works with the Vice President to develop and implement policies and procedures of the corporation. Mr. Giever provides key input into the development of the corporate Strategic Plan, and the current year Marketing Plan. He represents the company in all matters relating to corporate actions and holds the Chairman of the Board position. He is also the Structural and Civil Technical Lead and answers all structural and civil questions.
Mr. Giever has over 37 years of structural and civil engineering experience. He is a licensed Structural Engineer, which is required for many high occupancy or high importance structures. His civil experience includes designs of potable water systems, water tanks, gravity and pressure sewer systems, site utilities, grading, retaining walls, roadway design, and parking lot layout. His extensive project management experience includes municipal, commercial, educational, industrial, federal, and laboratory facilities. As a Lead Engineer, he is responsible for the structural design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. Other areas of expertise include the structural design of multi-story buildings, pump houses, and bridge structures.
