Mr. Kastner has over 42 years of experience in a wide range of architectural design types and project delivery methods. His range of projects extends from small, residential renovations to multi-story, multi-purpose civic projects covering entire city blocks. Whether large or small, Mr. Kastner has led teams of owners, technical professionals, end users and permitting authorities through the complex process of turning the visions of clients into durable and memorable structures. Mr. Kastner is especially effective in translating the complex concepts of design and construction into easily understood terms. He has exception management skills and understands the importance of developing and expanding relationships with his fellow designers, his clients and the builders he works with.
