Meier Leadership Team
Paul Giever, PE, SE, President – Mr. Giever has the overall responsibility for leadership of the firm. He is responsible for ensuring that the company is profitable, and works with the Vice President to develop and implement policies and procedures of the corporation. Mr. Giever provides key input into the development of the corporate Strategic Plan, and current year Marketing Plan. He represents the company in all matters relating to corporate actions and holds the Chairman of the Board position. Bobbi Keen, CPA, CMA, Vice President – As the Vice President, Ms. Keen assists in establishing and preparing Meier’s mission, values, and strategic goals. She manages the company’s finances, human resources, business development, and general operations activities. She contributes to sales innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the company. She is responsible for maximizing the company’s operational performance and achieving its financial goals. She is responsible for the performance of the Group Managers of architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical, and Federal projects. She actively manages multi-discipline projects. Gary Fleming, Structural Group Manager – Mr. Fleming has over 36 years of experience in the field of structural engineering and project management. He currently serves as a Project Manager for multi-discipline projects where he is responsible for scheduling and budgeting, as well as preparing and reviewing project documents. [email protected]
Thomas Kastner, AIA, Architecture Group Manager – Mr. Kastner has over 37 years experience in all parts of architectural practice with emphasis on academic, civic and healthcare projects. His international experience has allowed him to manage a wide range of projects in an equally wide range of geographical and cultural venues. [email protected]
Adam Rinehart, PE, Civil Group Manager – Mr. Rinehart has over 15 years of experience in the civil engineering field and will provide leadership and support to Meier and their clients. His versatile experience includes flood protection, wetland creation, and barrier island restoration projects for federal, state, and other agencies. [email protected]
Matthew Blaire, PE, Electrical Group Manager – Mr. Blaire has 10 years of experience in electrical engineering. His versatile experience includes project management, electrical design, and project deployment. His experience includes assisting in the development of project scope revolving around the best solutions for the client and managing projects to achieve design objectives. [email protected]
Ron Icayan, P.E., PMP, Federal Group Manager – Mr. Icayan has over 32 years of experience in the fields of engineering and project management and will provide leadership and support to Meier government clients. His experience includes managing project teams in a portfolio of projects for federal, industrial, chemical, and food and beverage clients. [email protected]

John Meissen, AIA, Architect – Mr. Meissen has over 45 years of experience as a Registered Architect. He is an accomplished and quality-focused professional with extensive experience in project management. He has had proven success in mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with building codes, and overseeing on-site construction operations. Mr. Meissen is adept at leading cross-functional teams and building relationships. He has the ability to complete project plans, reports, on-site assessments, and reporting to leads and owners. He has expertise in preparing budgets, forecasting costs, and improving construction quality. [email protected]
Teresa Krell, PE, SE, Structural Engineer – Ms Krell has over 10 years of experience in structural design. Her experience includes the designs of structural steel, concrete, wood, cold-formed steel, and masonry structures in a variety of building applications. Projects have included residential, both new and existing, commercial, industrial, and educational located across the United States, including high-seismic regions and areas of high wind speed.
