Meier completed two branches for Gesa Credit Union located in Pasco and South Richland, WA. The branches are a testament to Meier’s and Gesa’s commitment to building innovation through the use of numerous sustainable design features including daylighting strategies, recycled materials, LED lighting, high efficiency HVAC systems, and utilized regional materials.

The architectural designs of both buildings features radiused semi-circular brick and curtain wall façade and standing metal roof panels.

Stepping inside the lobbies, the meticulously detailed rooms greet both customers and employees. Each building has nine designed offices that create an ambiance of professionalism during financial transactions. A radiused six-station teller line, thoughtfully placed, ensures seamless transactions, while three convenient drive-up lanes add convenience to the banking experience.

In partnership with Gesa Credit Union, Meier lead the sustainability environmental stewardship with both branches earning LEED Certification.
