Meier Announces New President to Lead Next Era of Growth and Innovation

Meier Architecture • Engineering (Meier) announced that President Paul M. Giever will be stepping down effective November 19, 2025, to slowly retire. Paul has been President of Meier for the last nine (9) years. Paul will be around until at least mid-2026 in a technical role. The Board of Director’s announced Bobbi Keen, CPA, CMA as President during the quarterly meeting. Bobbi brings her extensive leadership and financial experience to the role of President.

Thomas Kastner, AIA, Architectural Group Manager has this to say: “The government reaction to the COVID crises, the shifting requirements for healthcare insurance and government regulations are just a few examples of the many forces that shape business decisions today. As Architects and Engineers and focusing on aesthetic and technical solutions to our clients’ problems, it is easy to lose sight of the regulatory environment outside the walls of our offices. I am thrilled to have a capable and experienced administrator and manager taking the reins of Meier. Bobbi’s background in accounting and resource management will serve us all well as we move forward. It has been my great pleasure to work with Bobbi for the past eight (8) years. I look forward to working many more years under her steady guidance.”

Paul Giever adds, “Bobbi has the expertise and Client focused personality to lead Meier into the future. Bobbi does it all at Meier; Accounting, CFO, Project Management, Training, and now President. Besides being a leader, Bobbi is a friend who will do great things for clients, staff, and vendors.”

Moving forward, Bobbi Keen will lead the company. Ms. Keen says, “As President, I recognize our greatest strength is our people. I will support the Meier Team so they can continue to deliver solutions for our clients, bringing their projects to fruition.”
